Is the ELEGANT Study right for me?

Taking part in clinical studies requires careful thought. Before you decide whether to participate, make sure that you understand any potential risks involved. There is no guarantee that
you will benefit from taking part in this study.

The study team will answer any questions you have to help you make an informed choice. And remember, clinical studies are voluntary. You are free to leave at any time and for any reason, with no penalty to you.

What you need to know to participate

If interested, you will be asked to have some tests done to find out if you meet certain requirements* to join the trial. Some tests may already be part of your current treatment plan. Some of those requirements include:

You are a man or woman aged
18 years or older
You have been diagnosed with ER-positive/HER2-negative early-stage, node-postive (high risk of recurrence) breast cancer
You have received between 2–5 years of endocrine therapy for breast cancer
You had surgery to remove the tumor 2–6 years ago

If you think you or a loved one may qualify for the ELEGANT Study, contact your nearest study center. At the study center, you will discuss the study in detail and find out whether you can take part.
